Over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition field support the services that I bring to your company; I started to work at Global TA and Shared services in 2013 by leading recruiting teams in Mexico City, Guadalajara Jalisco, León Guanajuato, Costa Rica and Brazil. In 2018 I started to work with international companies which allowed me to improve my knowledge and performance in order to eventually become a headhunter for different industries (HR, Automotive, Telecommunications, Technologies, Airlines, Startups, Fintech, Customer Service, Sales, Finances, Videogames, Dubbing, etc.)

I created  the TA&S area in an international company, I built it from zero and developed the different recruitment processes for each line of service (internal clients), managing to increase headcount by 800% within the first year at the company, among other achievements.
